Black Arts Production (BAP) Theatre is on a mission to save more lives through education in our recent prostate dialogues.
So far, we have successfully conducted an insightful prostate health role-playing session at the Community Empowerment Service organised by Community Health Researchers and hosted by the Church of God of Prophecy ( COGOP), Living Water Fellowship, Tottenham, Haringey, North London.

 

Audience members were then invited to participate in a Quality of Life Expectations Survey, which we encourage those within the Haringey borough to take, as it is an educational tool that offers guidance for improving prostate health pathways and community services in the future.

 

 

The prostate dialogues by BAP are part of a community project to raise prostate health awareness. The purpose of our sketches is to highlight the early warning signs of prostate cancer, with an emphasis on the barriers that often hinder black men from getting tested.
